4 Steps to Engaging Community in the Next Normal

Building community around your brand might be a little trickier than normal going forward but that doesn't mean it can't supply results.

Here are 4 ways to navigate engaging your audience in the "next normal."

  1. Identify what your clients and collaborators enjoy doing: Sometimes these will be the same. Oftentimes they won't.
  2. Select your favorites from the list you created: There's not reason to do things you don't enjoy. If you're having a problem finding commonality you may be targeting the wrong audience.
  3. Become the HOST of the party: This can be accomplished both virtually and in-person. Or virtually until your clientele becomes comfortable again with group settings. Nothing can provide your brand more cred than being the host. All you need to do is set the environment and your prospects come to you.
  4. Capture the event digitally: By now you should know that if it doesn't exist on social media it NEVER HAPPENED! Don't let all your hard work go to waste by now maximizing it's potential reach. Become the conduit of FOMO.
