How to Choose the Best Social Media Platform for Your Business

When it comes to choosing the social media platform(s) you should invest the most time in it comes down to three factors:

#1 Where does my customer like to hangout?
Knowing where your ideal client likes to spend their time online the most is the top factor in deciding where to show up. This may not be where they go to make a buying decision but it where you want to establish your brand so you can start building a relationship.

#2 Where do they go to make buying decisions?
This may or may not be the same place as number one. (oftentimes it's not) Each platform has it's own psychology. Where your customer may go to relax or get inspiration is likely different than where they go to research prior to making a buying decision. If you've done your job and have already created a  relationship they will be familiar with your services and their search will be over!

#3 What platform is best suited for your personality?
As I mentioned in my presentation yesterday marketing silos have been terminated. The good news is that you can now find your TRIBE on every social platform. Now all you have to do is figure out which one is best suited for your talent and personality.

Are you good on camera? Create a vlog or show. Have an amazing voice? Start your own podcast. Consider yourself a great dancer? Perform a routine to a trending song on TikTok with your product placed in the background. The opportunities are endless!

Stick to these three factors and you'll be able to make sure your brand is resonating in the places that matter most. Which will impact what matters most to your business, YOUR BOTTOM LINE!
